Exporting Service Catalog Item's Process List into a more friendly format?

Greetings,

Is there an easy way to export the entire Processes (Task, Group, Approval, Condition Set, etc) into a user friendly format? We have a quite a few Catalog items and I'd like to create a better workflow for some of these items.

Thank you for reaching out.

Currently, it is not possible to export the entire process (Tasks, Groups, Approvals, Condition Sets, etc.) into a user-friendly format. However, if your goal is to reuse or apply an existing workflow to other catalog items, there is an option to copy the workflow from one catalog item and paste it into another.

The goal is to display the processes in a way anyone can understand and to easily find a task assigned to a specific person/group. I'm looking to clean up/improve older catalog items for my new role in Service Desk. If there are 50 catalog items, I don't want to click into all 50 items and then all Task, Group, Approval, Condition Set, etc to see who's doing what and where.

I did find a workaround though you'll have to do it for each catalog item which can be pretty time consuming, unfortunately.

I expanded all task, group, approval, condition set, etc under the process tab -> copied to word -> then asked co-pilot to generate a workflow. You might have to tweak the copied data but let AI do the rest.
