Freshservice Alert Management Integration with NDM

HI,

I am tasked with integrating SolarWinds with Freshservice Alert Management and I would like some help before I try to do it infront of a customer.

I have this but I would like to see or do a hands on implementation other than trusting a webpage as I don't want to be embarrassed stumbling through it.

Is it possible to setup enough of SolarWinds free trail for me to practice this?

I made that integration a couple of times. The last time I used below powershell script to contact Fresh:
