Hello, I'm having some challenges with Aruba SD-WAN Edgeconnect devices (Silverpeak SD-WAN). We are running the ServiceNow Graph API integration with Solarwinds, in order to pull in serial numbers for the ServiceNow CMDB. We are grabbing serial numbers successfully from Juniper Networks devices, but not from Silverpeak Edgeconnects.
For the Junipers, when I added hardware details widget to our nodes, this fixed the Junipers. The serials numbers showed up in here for them.

But for the Silver Peak Edgeconnects, this Widget does not populate any data...

now I noticed that I am getting serials numbers for these devices in Solarwinds, from a custom poller we had applied some time ago. But these serial numbers show up down in the Universal Device Poller section of node details, under the field name "spsSystemSerial" which for whatever reason ServiceNow does not pick this up with its Graph discovery.

I also tried another method too... Our Silver Peak account rep had suggested that we should integrate Solarwinds with Aruba SD-wan orchestrator according to these steps here.
https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/npm/content/npm-aruba-sdwan.htm
I followed those steps and it created a special orchestration type network node for the Orchestrator with a special widget called Edge Devices, that shows the serial number also.. but ServiceNow still does not pick this up either.

Is there anything I can do to fix this on the Solarwinds Side? I have a feeling that if the serial numbers populated to that "Hardware Details" Widget, ServiceNow would pick it up.. but.. I don't think there's anyway I can force it to populate there from Solarwinds can I?
