After upgrading from HCO version 2023.4 to 2024.2, even though the installation was successful, an error occurred at 39% in the Configuration Wizard during the plugin configuration:
“ERROR ConfigurePluginDatabaseComponents - Configuration step Update OIP database user failed with error: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. SolarWinds.ConfigurationWizard.Common.ConfigurationException: Configuration step Update OIP database user failed with error: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. —> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. —> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The wait operation timed out.”
I opened a case with the manufacturer, but so far, there is no solution. They asked me to update to version 2024.4, but the same error occurs in the Configuration Wizard. The only solution they have given me so far is to update my SQL version to 2019 (I currently use 2016, which is compatible with this version). Has anyone else had a similar problem? This is impacting the entire environment since, after the 2023 versions, it is not possible to manually install the primary Orion services, such as RabbitMQ, which is the main issue causing my environment to be almost completely down.
Ports 1433, 5671 are open in main server and my user in DB have all main level access "DBcreator, syadmin, security admin"
