Reliability Report

I want to generate a Reliability report that captures metrics like Node Caption, IP, Status, Uptime Duration (in minutes), Start and End Downtime, Downtime Duration, Outage Count, MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure), and Availability. This report should have the flexibility to be produced on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis depending on the requirement.
