Query to Report All Alerts This Object Can Trigger - For Multiple Objects

Hello Community Members,

I am looking for the custom query/Table Details from the database manager to pull the data for All Alerts this object can trigger. the object can be a Node, Volume or a SAM Component.

I want to pull data for multiple objects. SolarWinds does provide Out of the Box option to pull data for this type of requirement but it pulls one object/node at a time. I need the details of tables from where I can use the join and pull the data.

I can see there is one table "AlertObjects" but it seems its showing data for only those objects for which alert was triggered in the past.

I think the solution is basically this:

Select all active alert configs sans custom SWQL/SQL *
Select Scope *

Select case when (Scope) then 1 else 0
Repeat above for every config
Built table of the above

Build UI element for the above

Where asterisked, curious if you have much use of these, and for the asterisk on scope I mean "Do you have many alerts that dont have a clear distinction between scope and trigger condition?"

I was starting to write some sql to parse the trigger conditions the other day, but then I remembered that it is xml nested inside of reformatted xml and it made me mad and I had to walk away. Even after making a couple passes to convert, trim, replace, convert again it's not like raw xml is the "best" format for users to be able to easily understand.

Need to hunt down the code that translates them for the alert summary page and figure out how to hijack that.
