We want to enable SSO with Entra. Can we still use local authentication?

We want to enable SSO so that non-IT people can be involved in approvals and service requests.  If we enable SSO, will we still have the option to login with the local accounts(ones that were already created)?  I can't seem to find an answer in the KB articles.
