I am having issue with a newly-generated report in SolarWinds. The report contains all nodes in our region (EMEA East, EMEA South and EMEA South/East). It contains multiple columns such as location, site ID, device name, IP address, serial number etc. It's displayed correctly, however, when I try to export it to Excel file it does not work. The file is downloaded but it's in an unsupported format that I cannot open or edit. Interestingly, other reports can be saved without any issues. The new report was made based by the previous one, just with some fields modified. Any ideas?
