problem update Solarwinds 2024.2.1

Hello,

We’ve started an update of our Orion Platform to the latest version: 2024.2.1. However, it’s currently stuck in the configuration wizard with an error: " Some of your modules ( platform connect ) don't support Azure database "

Do you have a solution for this type of incident? We’re blocked.

We are actively investigating this internally. If anyone else sees this issue in their environment, please open a case with technical support so we can tie your ticket to the existing investigation.

Hey @brahimovic we have found a workaround and are writing up a public KB for it now. I will post it for you here as soon as its available.
