I am an Administrator of the organization, however, the time zone is greyed out and I cannot change it. It is currently set incorrectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Can you share a screenshot where its been greyed out?
Do you have any restriction on your role that may not allow you to change it?
It seems that even though I have admin rights, I do not have organizational rights. The person that set this up is no longer with the company so nobody here has organizations rights so nobody can change this setting...I have no idea how to fix that.

Is this what you're referring to?
Can you share a screenshot of what you see? Try to capture the same area that I did, including the SolarWinds logo in the top left.
Along with that screenshot, can you share a screenshot of your User record? You can sensor your email and name if you wish.
You may need to submit a ticket so you or whomever needs it can get the organizational rights. But if you don't have any restrictions and you are set to "Manage - All" for permissions, and your role is administrator, I am not sure what other setting would need to be changed.
