I've set up some reports and scheduled them to be emailed, but I haven't been receiving any email alerts for the past few days.
When I tried to check and run the reports now, I received the error shown in the snapshot below.

When I tried to edit the SMTP setting and send the test mail, it failed. But the same time, I was able to log in to the email ID.

Please suggest to me the possible reason for this and how can I fix this issue.
