Error when upgrading SAM from v.2024.1 to v.2024.2

Recieved an error: SolarWinds Configuration Wizard: Unable to install stored procedures for driver. UpgradeCompatibilityLevel

What does this log say for errors? Detailed log entries can often provide more information on what to do. Location: 

C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\ConfigurationWizard.log 

Typical causes

• The db account does not have permission to drop the Stored Procedure.
• The Stored Procedure is either corrupt, missing, or has a different procedure name other than "UpgradeCompatibilityLevel''

Check: 

• Connect to SQL instance in SSMS, in object explorer expand Databases > Expand your database (SolarWindsOrion) > Programmability > look for dbo.UpgradeCompatibilityLevel - does it exist?

Resolution 1

• After connecting to the appropriate instance of the SQL Server Database Engine, in Object Explorer, click the server name.
• Expand Databases, and, depending on the database, either select a user database or expand System Databases and select any system database.
• Right-click the database, and then click Properties. 
• In the left pane, click "Options". The current compatibility level is displayed in the Compatibility level list box.
• To change the compatibility level, select a different option from the list. The choices are SQL Server 2008 (100), SQL Server 2012 (110), SQL Server 2014 (120), SQL Server 2016 (130), SQL Server 2017 (140), SQL Server 2019 (150). This should be the same compatibility as your SQL Server version. And also should be the same as your SW database (SolarWindsOrion)

Resolution 2

• In some cases the stored proc needs to be dropped and recreated. Write back so I can provide instructions if the above doesn't work we can attempt to drop and rebuild the proc
