Dear SolarWinds and Thwacksters,
Working on getting some scans into a clients system. Riverbed Steel head devices will just not show on any Network Topology Mapper scan results. I have verified that I can both ping and run a snmp-walk successfully. For some odd reason even on the newest version of NTM 2.21 they will not show at all. This is causing much headache as all networks in the client network have Steel heads after the MPLS router. This is breaking the ability to create large corporate WAN maps. Need help with reasons for this and to let development know of the issue to fix or find a way to add them to the map for use.
