We currently are running multiple Citrix servers. These are being upgraded to Citrix version 2203. No changes are being made to the 2016 operating system they are running, just the Citrix image they are running on. Prior to the upgrade all of the monitors were working correctly. Post upgrading the below SAM monitors now report as Unknown. There are some monitors that are reporting up so from that I can confirm the agent is still properly communicating and there must be something impacting these specific SAM monitors in the update of Citrix. All of the nodes use WMI monitoring and inherit their credentials.
