I'm using SolarWind's API in Process Integration to try and take a date from a custom field in a service request and set the incident's due date to it. Here's what I have:
In return, I get an internal server error:
Any ideas what could be wrong?
Hi @StanJarensky , I can't spot what could be causing this issue. Can you please open a ticket to our support team by either emailing them at technicalsupport@solarwinds.com or by opening a ticket via your customer portal.
