Request for report explanation while creating it.

Can you please guide me on how to create customized reports that meet my below requirements?

I want to create a report, in which I can see the below details as per location. Suppose we have two offices in the world, one office is in London another one is in Delhi. In reports, we want to know Disk Space, CPU utilization and server change details  (Which means the user who accessed the most the server and did any changes.

Five Criteria we need in the reports for both offices separately in a single report.

1. Server name  2. Time stamps  3. Average CPU utilization 4. IP address 5. Peak CPU Load.

I dont have SCM so I dont know how the change details bit would work

Otherwise yyou're looking to 
1) SELECT Caption, timestamp, Location, IP
2) FROM the nodes table first
3) Maybe Group or Order by Location
4) For CPU you can use AVG or MAX functions to get those, or can use the inbuilt Avg and Max'ed columns (maybe both)
5) You've not mentioned any time windows, but you probably want time windows unless you're passing it to someone else to chart (in which case, probably easier to send a chart). It's easiest to do these windows either within the UI or by using SQL Window functions (partition by)
6) Add disk or change info
