SolarWinds Service Desk Azure Cloud Discovery is no listed all the Azure Resources

Question

Hi All,

I have followed this article Azure Cloud configuration (solarwinds.com). I verified the configuration and test the connection. it is successful but I cannot see all the Azure resources. I only show 2 devices. I have 121 devices list in Azure resources. What am I missing here?

I have opened support ticket. waiting for helpdesk to arrange meeting with support engineer.

Hi @tnguyen2805 , hmmmm I am not sure. Best bet would be to open a ticket with our support team, technicalsupport@solarwinds.com, for us to dive into why you arent seeing all your devices.
