I need some help with the Azure setup for Observability. I do not have the Azure IAM. I only have office M365 E3 licensing for my entire tenant. I am fully cloud SaaS and wanted to see if this would be a fit, but I am unable to get the setup going.

Actually, my need is slightly different in scope but thank you. This is good. I just do not have any actual Azure apps like they are expecting like SQL or other. We are 100% SaaS which is hard for some to wrap their heads around. I have spoken with them about this and we are going to reconnect in a few weeks on some topics.
