I would like to create once alert which will trigger an incident in servicenow. but i have a question if it is possible to relate 2 alert to 1 incident which i will change the priority level of the incident fro P3 to P2. i have read some artical by @scottm78 SolarWinds - Updating Alerting within ServiceNow . i really wanted to know how you do it? or anyone can suggest any easier way for this?
