Error while running upgrade 2023.3

When we run the installer , it is asking us to stop 3 services to proceed. We have checked with the server team, they said we cannot stop the services because they are essential for the server.

Please help on this. The error and services are in the screenshot attached.

Upon completion of the installation you just need to restart your server. Go ahead and stop them, its happened to me before. Its likely an issue with the agent install.
