Error occurs during inventory job

Hi everyone,

I am trying to update the inventory of our network switch but there is error in job results.

ERROR: Run job error: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_NCM_RouteTable'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.NCM_RouteTable'. The duplicate key value is (fa33c7e3-4d69-45b1-b03a-1cc060c1df44, 10.26.11.0, Local, 10.26.11.85).
The statement has been terminated.

Could anyone have experience on the error and may I know how to fix it? Thanks.

It seems a database issue. can't write to the database. My guess is to create a ticket under support. Or probably someone that knows about the issue can answer this.

If you are not yet on 2023.4, I suggest go to that version.

You may also try truncating the following tables

NCM.Interfaces,
NCM.Ipadresses,
NCM.EntityLogical,
NCM.MacForwarding,
NCM.RouteTable,
NCM.PortsUdp,
NCM.PortsTcp.

After truncating them, you can re run the inventory.

NOTE: Always make a backup of your DB before deleting data or dropping table.
