Custom Dashboard - RDS/Terminal Services Statistics Dashboard

Hello,

I'm attempting to create a Modern Dashboard that shows RemoteDesktopServices/Terminal Services Statistics.

Mostly we are looking for:

- Total number of users logged into a collection at one time.

- Average distribution of Users per Session host.

- normal CPU and Memory Statistics per host.

I think the biggest issue I'm needing assistance on is getting Solarwinds to capture the Windows Performance Monitor statistics. then once that is done. getting them into graph form and on the dashboard.

It sounds like you don't have the system collecting the performance counters you want yet.

Look in the Application Monitor Templates - Server & Application Monitor - THWACK (solarwinds.com) are for some Windows RDS templates. There are several, but broken down by role. You'll just import them into your system and assign them to your RDS servers.

Once the data is in there, then we can talk about modern dashboards.
