Agents stuck at Update in Progress for a week - Netpath plugin issue

Had some issues last week that are cleared up but I have two agents that are stuck at Update in Progress.  When I check installed plugins it says NetPath Agent Plugin has installation pending.

And tried to run the query but I do not have it correct.  That also applies to 2020.2.6 and I am on 2023.3.

I have rebooted the node, stopped the services let it sit for a bit and started back up.

The Agent Status in the database manager for these nodes is 3. 

Any ideas?  I am trying to avoid flipping to WMI > removing Agent Software > let it sit > flip over to Agent and reinstall the software.  Last time I did this Netpath did some odd thing because I did not remove the probes first before removing the agents.

Figured out how to fix this with the Probes staying in Netpath

Find node in Node Manager

Change from Agent to WMI

Leave the Agent installed on the machine

Let the node poll via WMI

Go back to the node in Node Manager

Change it from WMI to Agent

Let the node poll

BOOM! Fixed the Agent stuck at update and Netpaths are pathing now.
