Best practice and guidance for first time configuration of custom properties for network devices in HCO

I have new SolarWinds HCO product purchase and need to assist and / or use case for preparing proper multiple custom properties at first place to have right monitoring in place.

Is it possible for you to share reference use case (examples) or list of all general CP configured with your clients for all these years along with all possible values for each CP configured.
