This started after upgrading from 2023.2 to 2023.3. There were no issues with 2023.2. Our servers do not have internet connection and therefore we downloaded the files from SolarWinds to perform the installation. When the installation completed and the Configuration monitor finished the following error was displayed: SolarWinds® JMX Bridge Service FAILED. Services configuration failed, The system cannot find the file specified.
For the past few weeks we have been attempting to fix this with support, case #01434472. Unfortunately every fix we try has not corrected this issue. Has anyone else seen anything similar to this issue when they performed an installation? Or environment seems to be running ok at this time. This said I do want all of the services that we have available to be running properly.
The following steps were performed in an attempt to correct this issue.
- Uninstall / reinstall of SolarWinds environment
- Clear Pub/Sub Entries
- Complete a full Repair on SolarWinds Observability
- Ran the Configuration Wizard (it was automatically launched after the repair completed)
- Rebooted all of the servers after the Maintenace was completed.
