Hi I'm using Kiwi syslog versio 9.6.5 and my server isn't receiving logs on this port, I see on The community that there is a bug with the version 9.6 with tcp , is-there any workaroung or a fix for that? Thanks
Next rediscovery date is in the past
On some of the nodes; polling details section has the next rediscovery date in the past. How can I correct this? I have tried rediscovering and polling those nodes but the date doesn't change. Any suggestions please?
Group by filter Orion Poller does not work on Manage Agents
Good afternoon guys, until recently the option to group by "Orion Poller" in Manage Agents worked perfectly, giving the option to select a specific poller and manage their agents. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? All other options are working normally except this one. Thank you.

Temperature Units in Reports
Hi, In the reports showing temperature of hardware, it is showing Celsius, I checked that in HARDWARE HEALTH PACKAGE SETTINGS but it has Fahrenheit. I the Orion the temperatures are in F but when I schedule the report it is in C. I want my reports in Fahrenheit. please suggest me the changes to made. Thank you
