tsql script to find historical data for sql server counter

Hi,

Does anyone of you guys have TSQL scripts to find historical data in a the sql server database for  :

(for example)

page life expectancy,

for a computer X

for let say : last week. (or last day...)

I need to put info Excel, multiples SQL Server performance counter Values for a specific time and date

example :

col1                                col2                                col2                    col3

datetime                         value Counter               value Counter     etc...

aaaa-mm-dd hh24:mi    page life expectancy     Lazy Writes/sec

--------------------------------- -------------------------------- ------------------------ ---------------------------

2018-11-10 21:20:00    1234                                  20
