I've noticed that when I load a web page using the Web Transaction Recorder the load times are a less than 4 seconds. The same page on Orion's Transaction Summary is averaging 8 to 15 seconds. The Recorder and Orian run on the same server so I'm not sure why there is such a big difference.

I have created Step request alert and on the trigger action, I am not able to get the variables of Transaction Custom Properties with "Text" format that I have created and I only see the Transaction Custom Property with Boolean format (Yes/No).
