Quick question, I am trying to create a BOM but I have the below question. Out customer has over 50000 IP-phones, do I have to use NPM for polling the availability of the devices (which would mean XL license + APE), or VNQM can also provide availability of each device via PBX servers (1 XL license)? Hello. We have two ISR4400 gateways with multiple PRIs that are monitored, but the data is in a report that has to be exported into Excel. Is it possible to create a chart with the data and add it as a widget? All of the data points are already there. I just need a way to chart it so it is easy to see over time.

We are getting a license alert in SW about reaching the limit of IP Phones. Since we don't have the number of physical phones the license max shows could it be that it is counting the softphones, because we do have a lot of those configured? Thanks
