Hello, it would be very useful to be able to get a report of unregistered extensions in a certain period of time for Avaya call manager, currently solar does not have this type of report and it would be very useful to know which extensions have not been used and thus be able to give low extensions to be able to reuse them.
I saw there was were mentions of a feature request back in 2013-2014, but I don't see a feature request in Thwack so I'm creating this here. My client is on 2019.2 and we still get the "not a gateway" message when trying to add vg224 voice gateways. This is a large international business with a lot of these devices and we…
Dear Team, We have a requirement to ALERT IF CDR NOT GOING TO A BILLING SOFTWARE (iMagcle). The same has been requested via Case 00467153. Kindly include the same in your latest releases.
We currently use Orion to monitor our PBX and other voice servers for up/down. I would like to monitor the PRIs or T1s that are connected to our various Avaya Gateways. Since IP SLA HTTP only supports HTTP and the vast majority of web sites immediately redirect to HTTPS with a 30X status code, the IP SLA operation fails with a "not 200 OK" response. If there was an…
There's currently no way to programatically add a node to the VNQM module, nor any way to manage the associated IP SLA operations. I'd like to see verbs added to facilitate that. It's one of the few things I have been unable to automate in my solarwinds environment.
Hi, At the moment when we 'Test FTP Server Connection' it would only check if FTP credentials to the FTP Server looks good but it would never check if CDR/CMR File path is accurate. Requesting the team to add this as an additional check when a 'Test FTP Server Connection' is performed. Orion should also check for accuracy…
Hello, When creating an alert based on IP SLA Operations, would be great to be able to use the threshold value set in the Orion operation definition. The idea is to be able to work in a similarly to other modules like NPM. Thank you!
Add a Search String in VoIP Sites Overview resource to find any site by Caption or Custom Property.
Currently on the Shoretel Gear we can see the Node Status , CPU and Memory Via SNMP . We are also using the Application monitoring for shoretel Servers which only gives us the critical service status. I would really like to see more detailed information like Packet Loss , Call Quality , Jitter etc.. like the IP SLA on…
