Anyone still using Powershell Remote mode without an agent and on-domain?
I end up in the scenario where I need to use remote mode maybe once a year, and each time I find myself giving up and reverting to Local mode with a scriptblock going to the remote device. I'm honestly not sure from scanning the forum if it's a feature that still works, due to IP addresses being used and failing trust.
SSL Certificate Expiration Date & IIS monitors failing on windows 2012 server - error Exception message is: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
So we have a windows 2012 R2 server whereby we can't monitor SSL Certificate Expiration Date & part of the IIS monitors, however the server in question can monitor other components namely a CPU perfmon counter and the standard Certificate monitor which is a powershell monitor plus the usual node details all work okay.…
