In the "Oracle Database Template", fill de "destination point name" with a variable (CUST-85919)
In our case the Service_Name is the same as the Node_Caption. It would be great to indicate the node caption variable in this field instead of write them manually in the components every time a new Oracle Database template is assigned to a new node. Something like this:
Calculate Application/component availability based on UP/Down status
Monitored components in SAM goes to unknown and Solarwinds calculate the availability based on unknown status as well, however the availability report should only be calculated based on the up/down/critical status not for unknown because cause of unknown status can't be Justify. .

Update AppInsight for SQL to recognize Always-On Availability Groups status
The overall status of the secondary AppInsight for SQL is always showing an Unknown Status. Update the AppInsight SQL template to support Always-On to identifying databases that are in a secondary condition as a valid status.
