Calculate Application/component availability based on UP/Down status
Monitored components in SAM goes to unknown and Solarwinds calculate the availability based on unknown status as well, however the availability report should only be calculated based on the up/down/critical status not for unknown because cause of unknown status can't be Justify. .

Link SAM monitors together for two or more nodes in HA
When a service is down one one node but up on a HA pair then everything is good but when down on all/both then it turns red. currently i have to put the service as not running and do some stupid SWQL alert. but this makes it look like the node is okay even though on of the core services is down.
