2019.4 -> 2020.2 Agent update chaos
Greetings, I updated the SEM appliance to 2020.2 yesterday and about 15 of my server agents stayed on 2019.4 and didn't upgrade. This cause gigantic openjdk files to flood the ContegoSPOP folder every ~30minutes until the C:\ filled up. I am unable to uninstall the old agent since the add/remove programs thinks the program…

What is the reason for the "new" events console? Is it to replace the existing console which is flash based? But the "new" events console does not have nDepth.

How do you add to the content exchange now?
I can click content exchange and see the old documents but I don't see how to comment on them or to add new content in the interface? Am I missing something? Is there a button or menu I don't see? Thanks, Bill
LEM Report/Alert for Dell SonicWall and Sonic wall Global Client VPN Usage
We would like to create a report for VPN logins/logouts and also have a real time alert for when someone is logged in or out. The device is SonicWall Global VPN Client and or firewall is Dell Sonic wall. Any help on whether this is possible or not and where to start, what fields to look, what to query, etc. would be great.

SEM - Dialog text box entry
I cannot enter text into text boxes in SEM. Has anyone ran into this problem. It is making it impossible to change a filter name or create filters that require text entry. This is happening no matter what part of the SEM web page I am on. The mouse works and I can use the menu etc. Just not able to enter text....
