Add a "NOT" condition to the File and Registry Integrity Monitor
It'd be nice to be able to explicitly exclude file types, so something like "NOT *.tmp" or "NOT ~$*" to eliminate temp files or those weird files that Microsoft Office makes when something is being edited.
