Pingdom uses 24 hours view of the downtime. Would be good to add the per-hour view to monitor the uptime check for a more concise view for the downtime and uptime

Hello, can you please add support for TLS version 1.2 and 1.3, which is standard today to Pingdom tool and preferably disable using obsolete versions TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1 as well. Right now we only get one down alert and the up alert for Transactions. With Uptime monitors we can configure them to alert after each "x" many failures. I think there is a limit of 10 on Uptime monitor alerting. The idea here is to receive multiple notifications for the Transactions too.
