On Uptime tests if you view the details you can potentially see the location of what probe server the test might have passed or failed on. It would be helpful if we could see the same data on transactional tests. Uptime tests also have result log as seen in the photo below.
On DNS monitoring, it should be allowed to add multiple expected IP response addresses for avoiding fault alerts.
Description: Retry count - number of checks to run on consecutive failures of which an alert will be sent. If retry count is 3, 3 checks should fail consecutively before sending an alert. Need: Currently we are receiving alerts if a uptime check fails even once. This usually is network issues or intermittent connectivity…
Hello, After a discussion around an issue raised with this ticket number #01795528, we understood that Shadow DOM elements are not supported by Pingdom's transactions check. Is it possible to add support for this? Shadow DOM elements https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_components/Using_shadow_DOM Thanks,…

This is very surprising, since ";" is used in the several standard headers including Cookie, Cache-Control, Content-Type, Accept, etc. For the…
We want to monitor our internal internet and make sure traffic can get out. We are looking to have a check that just listens for a PING from our eternal sever sending out to the Pingdom check like every 15 minutes. We do not want Pingdom to send an incoming PING to us first because we don’t want to open up a hole in our…
There is currently no way to only view data for real users when using Pingdom Real User Monitoring, so I'm suggesting the addition of an option to exclude known bots from RUM stats since the bots are not actually real users. I know that we can view stats filtered by "Browser", but there's no option to select multiple…

You can click on the link and it will take you to the alarm. So this is how it's currently done: And this is how AWS does…
