Add Multiple Attachments at Once
I'm sure many people have added this THWACK already but its really silly you have to add each attachment to anything (Incidents/solutions/Problems/Change) one at a time. You should be able to highlight a whole group of documents to add them at once. I think that's a simple feature that would really approve quality of life.

Vacation Mode
This has probably come up already but it would be nice to have a Vacation Mode toggle on the users that receive alerts. I know there are workarounds but it would be nice if it were as easy as that.

Suggest a Notes field in the User/Group account section (screenshot) In my environment we must document user/group adds to Solarwinds with a Change Request. Great to have a field for entries like "added JoeP 12Sep2022 per CRxxxxxxx" with CR... as the Change Request number. Thanks.
