Add native support for F5's VELOS F5OS-C

NPM Newer Manage Entities - Select All should have the option to select all nodes on all pages, just like NCM and the classic Manage Entities does.
The 'new' Manage Entities page when hitting select all only selects the nodes currently on the page. There should be a pop-up text similar to what we see in NCM, that you can click to select all nodes on all pages.
Maintenance Schedule Feature Needs to be extended with Frequency(Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Maintenance Mode for the Nodes can be set with Frequency instead of current schedule method. Frequency can be same as Alerts and Report so Nodes which have monthly patching can be set to go under maintenance every month as there is a different schedule for production/non-production
