HTTPS - not working NG

Kiwi Syslog NG v 1.0.0.24 is losing data on service restart
I'm having quite a few issues with this, and it's installed on the same server as a previous version, which is actually still working- however restarting the service as directed when updating settings seems to lose all the logs it's collected since it was last restarted- this is a very big problem for me.
How to move the wwwroot to another volume?
Is there a way to move the wwwroot from "C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Kiwi Syslog Server NG"? I don't like the fact that the web site is hosted inside C:\

Updated dashboard resets after logout
When i change what i want to see on the dashboard . Than refresh the screen the changes i made are reset to the default.
Dashboard counter widget incorrect
Hi, I've had the NG server running for less than an hour yet the counter widget shows the following stats: last hour: 5, last 24 hrs: 5, total: 17. In reality, I've had 17 messages in the last 45 minutes. Why the discrepancy? Thanks!

Stop Processing emails after so many sent
We have a rule setup for a special event. It hit yesterday and we got like 94 emails. Is there a way to stop emailing after a set threshold? If I use the stop processing then it will quit after one email sent right? Can you have a flag/counter for the flag counter? lol If not can this be on a wish list?
