Currently to fetch Cloudwatch data or RDS details the Vivid client requires an IAM user and access keys. Slightly more modern solutions (last few years) use service accounts to give IAM permissions which requires the underlying application SDK to pick up the AWS_ROLEARN and access key off the file system to receive…
We recently installed DPM as part of a POC for monitoring Atlas MongoDB; and much like we saw in the original demo with the SE team, the DPM Summary screen is not capturing any Resource Health metrics (CPU, Memory, etc.). We opened support case #00868774 and were informed currently, DPM does not provide or Support the…

As a user, I want to be able to isolate licenses between my database environments, and choose which environment I consume a license from. The issue that I am facing is that one database environment is consuming licenses quickly, and the other database environment cannot grab any free licenses. This feature would help…
It would be great to be able to customize alerts being sent to slack on information regarding user, query, etc.

This was an ability that existed prior to the most recent host filter changes (which expanded the available syntax for host filtering). Customers can apply arbitrary hosts to tags, but there is nowhere in the app…
Currently when enabling the top 10 email, you can only select by environment. Often times, customers have a mix of hosts in an environment and may only want to see a subset of the hosts that they focus on in the top 10 email. It would be useful to add a hosts filter for the email setup for these use cases.
When creating a chart for a single metric and using breakdown by hosts, it would be nice to be able to change the order. Currently the chart will automatically order the hosts by the highest value and because it only shows the top 10, there is no way to see the bottom 10. !chart(machine-cpu-utilization, breakdown=by-hosts,…
There is a new summary page that includes CPU utilization, OS Avg Disk Utilization and Memory Utilization charts at the top. When the environment is only off host RDS, these are the metrics for where the agents are running. It would be useful if the user could customize which charts to display at the top of this summary…
