Allow for some customization on the summary page

There is a new summary page that includes CPU utilization, OS Avg Disk Utilization and Memory Utilization charts at the top. When the environment is only off host RDS, these are the metrics for where the agents are running. It would be useful if the user could customize which charts to display at the top of this summary page.
