Provide the instantiated results of a variable that is executed as part of a SQL statement. Right now, only the variable name itself is included in the SQL Text fields.
Provide the ability to customize the information includes in the outbound trap as part of an alert action. For instance, being able to provide additional variables with regard to the impacted instance via variables that are available in the Alert Engine.
Include top SQL Hash associated with the Plans charts for easier identification.
There is currently an alert to monitor SQL Backup Frequency. Provide an alert that executes similar logic against Oracle instances either by frequency or backup status.
Provide the ability in the alerting and custom metrics options to return more than single or multi numeric results. For instance, a message field field or concatenated content.
Currently you can sort the existing alerts, but no ability to filter/sort by name/type/applied instance/status, etc.
I want DPA to support monitoring of the new SQL Managed Instance in Azure. It would also be great if DPA could use it for a repo.
