If i update on windows 10 (20H2, or 2004, or older) i can't connect to computer. i get a white screen. i Try without miror drivers, set screen resolution manuelly, re-installe the agent, reboot many time, never work.. i had no problem with my older dameware agent version 12.1.0.34
Users are connected to domain PCs via RDP. On older versions, connecting via DW within the domain, you could see their desktop. On version 12.1, only the user selection screen is visible. Can you somehow see the desktop of a user working on the RDP?
The connection performance in the Dameware Mini Remote Control is very very very bad. It is not possible to do a normal support with this. Teamviewer, RDP and all other remote Tools are working fine. What is here the problem?
Hello, Do I need to have a trust relationship between domains in order to manage Active Directory of the other domain within Remote Support, or does installing the agent on the domain controllers in the other domain facilitate that? Thanks!

Why is DameWare Central Server v12 Admin Console using TLS 1.0? Is there a way to change it to only use TLS 1.2?
Whenever we use Dameware Remote Everywhere if the window isnt active for a few seconds we get a popup saying "Please wait a few moments..." This is extremely annoying and i don't see any obvious place to disable this. Please advise how this notification can be disabled. Thanks
