Managing Active Directory of a Separate Domain

Hello,

Do I need to have a trust relationship between domains in order to manage Active Directory of the other domain within Remote Support, or does installing the agent on the domain controllers in the other domain facilitate that?

Thank you for your response! Can you point me to some instruction on how to do that? I couldn't find it in the documentation from dameware.
