I'm hoping this is an error on our part and not a bug, but it seems that after the update, the ability to link directly to a ticket form is broken. We've tried with a few browsers, a few ticket request types and the functionality no longer seems to be there. Here's a sample URL we use to direct users directly into a New-Hire request type. … Show more

Support is looking into it. No answer yet.I hope there's a solution as this is having a big impact. I might also have an issue with incoming email ticket being broken but still investigating. We setup a "secret" inbox monitored by WHD for emails from our HR employee exits system. When an employee is scheduled to exit, this email creates a…

The latest version of Orion Maps is now available and we are excited to share some amazing updates providing new flexibility within the platform. We hope these changes make your day-to-day exploits a bit more manageable as you continue to tackle problems that keep business moving forward. For those of you unfamiliar with the Orion Maps project to…
dark235 - I am really having a hard time following what you are trying to accomplish and where you are having problems. Before I was able to click on an object in my map and have it show the connected objects and interfaces. JB - Was this from Network Atlas Maps, or are you referring to the contextual maps that live within details pages? In…

Hi, This is a very strange bug but I was able to find a workaround. If you set the start date to 12/31/18 and have the time set to 12:01 am you should get it to start running on 1/1/20. Attached is a screenshot. I hope this helps! -Brendon
Currently we have somewhere around a little less than 200 active alert rules that the alert engine has to process in our Orion deployment. I'm wondering if there is a maximum number of alert rules that the alert engine can handle and if anyone knows what that number might be? I didn't see anything in any of the support KBs that would answer that… (Show moreShow less)

We pass around tickets a lot and several people might work on the same one. Can I run a report or query that adds up the cumulative time spent on all tickets per day by technician?

From the looks of it setting up the report this way should work. I believe it's pulling the time that each tech was assigned on a ticket and the ticket was open. So it should show then how long each tech was working on a ticket. Hope this helps! Brendon
2019 is coming to an end, and what a great year it was! This tech year was all about data security, IoT, automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, connected cloud, and hybrid cloud solutions, among many other advanced technologies. As we reminisce about the good moments from the past year, there’s much excitement for the unknown in… (Show moreShow less)

The Origin of the Alert When I was five years old, I loved tales about soldiers. So, settle down and let me tell you a story about some soldiers. In the late 16th century or thereabouts, while journeying through Mont Blanc, an Italian infantryman saw a band of invading French men and shouted to his comrades “All’erta.” The Italian soldier’s… (Show moreShow less)
