Error after updating to 12.2

Hello!

Help please!

I updated the components to the current version and after the installation I see such a page, what could be the problem and how to solve it?

Already done:

1-updated database

2-Wizard drove time 5, did not help

3-I do not understand the error

There are more than one path to consider:

Reinstall your backed-up server image(s) and/or SQL database, then review your steps and start over with a modified plan that's different from your original steps.
Work with Solarwinds Technical Support to discover what's wrong and correct it. Collect the Solarwinds Diagnostics and attach that information to your Support Case.
Collect error warnings and logs and research them to see if you can correct the problem on your own. This could be a very time consuming effort, and I'd open a Support Case immediately. You can always do the research while waiting for Support to contact you. And you'll have valuable information to share with them when they DO contact you.

did the config wizard finish with any errors?

when you say the database has been upgraded, what do you mean SQL version?

Wizard failed website configuration: 500 internal error

Database is SQL, wizard updated sql, no errors

iis reinstall, not working

Stop all Orion Services
Delete from IIS all Sites
Delete from Applications Pools the SolarWinds Orion Application Pool
Rename the C:\inetpub\SolarWinds folder to SolarWinds2
Open a CMD with Administrative privileges (right click CMD.exe and Open as an Administrator)
Change directory to C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion on the CMD prompt
Type ConfigurationWizard.exe /repairpackages
Set your WebSite to port 80 (for now) during the install and all Unassigned
Done

Note: During an install or updates of your SolarWinds products, SolarWinds recommends that you Login to your Orion systems with the local Administrator account (do not use a Domain Admin account) to avoid GPOs and any other potential permission issues. OR right click the App and "Unblock" then right click and Install as an Administrator.
