Infrastructure Between HQ and Branches

I have a HQ and 36 Branches. Each Branches (cisco 1921) connect to my HQ (cisco core router) via DPLC link from 2 different ISP. The things I want to monitor both ISP link availability, outage, and loss. I want to get monthly report which ISP to my Branches in Percentage. Does the solarwind have specific tool that archive my goal? Please advice. Thanks you.
