Connecting Solarwinds DPA to the Read Only Replica of SQL PaaS

We have a SQL Azure PaaS database. Updates are pushed to the default SQL PaaS node and our mobile applications are executing queries against the Readonly Replica using "ApplicationIntent=Readonly". The mobile apps are experiencing performance issues and the team are keen to understand what is causing the issue. We want to point Solarwinds DPA to the Readonly Replica and given the database registration form in DPA only provides for a server name and port number we can't use the options we use in a connection string, at least not through the frontend.

Has anyone ever pointed Solarwinds DPA to an Azure SQL Readonly Replica?

Any ideas on how this can be done?

I'm thinking there must be a different IP address or port number for the replica and wondered if Solarwinds DPA would accept an IP address as a servername.
