How to create a custom view (or NOC view) for several groups

I'm trying to create a NOC view for our helpdesk staff. They expecting to see several groups of nodes not as a single list like this:

But customized all over the page, like this:

etc..

How could it be done?

In the Groupings, go to Manage Views, part of the issue is in the Custom properties of each node. If you list for example the "helpdesk email" group with the same device type, location, etc it will collapse them in a single listing that you have to hit the + tab to drop it down. if you are wanting them to be in open listed groups each in their own window. you need to add a resource as that group.

IE: when you go to Customize view you see the columns correct? you will take a group and add that group as a custom resource so they are separated from the others...

How can I create separated windows and add a group (specific group) as a resource?
