When using Orion NPM to monitor Avaya ip phones, what information can be tracked and alerted on? Can Orion monitor up/down status? We are in the process of trying to determine if Orion is a good choice for monitoring our Avaya system and IP phones.
Orion can monitor anything that uses SNMP. If the product is not "native" to Orion you can create custom pollers. Let me know if you need help with that, I've done several of them.
